Suggestion therapy also known as clinical hypnosis
Suggestion therapy which is also referred to as clinical hypnosis. This type of hypnosis is very effective in removing habits and minor behavior problems such as nail biting, stop smoking, pre driving test nerves or a as confidence boost before giving a speech.
Subconscious mind
As you enter hypnosis your conscious mind takes a back seat letting the hypnotherapist communicate directly with the subconscious mind this is the part of the mind that controls your habits thoughts and actions. This subconscious part of your mind really is in control of our whole body controlling our breathing dilating our pupils and even regulating our heart beat with NO conscious effort. It is also where our habits and behavior patterns together with ALL our memories are stored.
Once your analytical conscious mind has taken the back seat the the hypnotherapist will use positively worded suggestions to change your belief system changing your unwanted behavior. Each session will last between 45-60 minutes
How many sessions will I need?
Suggestion therapy to quit smoking takes only one session. Other symptoms may take 2-3 sessions it really depends on the problem.
